Our Social Business Model

The Ninomiya Group has developed its social business model based on the Japanese Houtoku system, created by Ninomiya Kinjiro (1787-1856). This system was crucial for the economic restructuring of over 600 villages in Japan. We have adapted this approach to the modern technological landscape, combining tradition and innovation to promote social relevance beyond profit. In our work, we aim to honor this legacy and act on behalf of three segments that drive transformations in society: corporate, third sector, and social startups.
